Word of the Lord for 2026

In this 27th year of the Apostolic Council of Prophets Elders (ACPE), the unity we experienced as we met was phenomenal. While we have had various ones of our number go to heaven, such as Dr. Peter Wagner, Sister Gwen Shaw of the End-time Handmaidens, and John & Paula Sandford, the pioneer voices of the Inner Healing Movement, we have, with few exceptions, held a concerted voice. Around fifteen years ago, we added the next generation to our midst, and they have matured as powerful leaders and prophets in their own rights. We have discussed our obligation to add a new generation now, as the young ones we added in the past are now middle-aged!

Also, we have added to the council those who are the heads of various roundtables for countries, regions, and even continents, such as Europe and Latin America. When we began in 1990, the group was solely for the United States and has now expanded.

In addition, we have an excellent group who are members of the Global Prophetic Consultation (GPC). There are those on this international council who are worthy of sitting on the ACPE, but to keep the dialogue flowing, we feel we need to keep the ACPE to around seventy members. We try to keep our numbers around 300 on the GPC so we can share and pray over various regions of the world. It should be mentioned, that when we started in 1999, there were not the numbers of recognized prophets who exist today. Bishop Bill Hamon, who we recognize as the father of the modern-day prophetic movement, shared with us that God told him in 1988 that one day there would be 10,000 prophets in the United States and 100,000 globally. While it is not possible currently to count the numbers of true prophets, we know that there are many.

What you have before you is a coalition of the words that each of these groups bring to the table when they attend the ACPE and the GPC. This year seems to be one of God giving us themes on how He is going to move. However, there were specific words also given for nations. We have in our prophetic mix various kinds of prophets, such as Seers, Prophetic Evangelists, Prophetic Teachers, Psalmists, Nabis, (where the word just bubbles up), and others. Each prophet uses the uniqueness of their gifting.

Even though these words are given for the Hebrew year 5786 and the Roman calendar year 2026, it goes without saying that the prophecies in this document are for a season of time, rather than a calendar year. There is a precedent in scripture that some of them might take a longer period of time.

This season of re-alignment is one that will have great volatility. God is moving individuals into their correct positions for His end-time harvest, as well as preparing nations to fulfill biblical prophecy. For instance, the Isaiah 19 Highway spoken of in verses 23 and 24, is forming before our very eyes. Egypt will be very important in the coming years as we are at the beginning of the development of this highway between Egypt, Assyria, and Israel.

We will have a great need for personal wholeness and holiness in this season of change. We will need to keep our alignments right in God’s eyes as far as who we make covenants within the coming days. Wrong alignments can cause us to go backward and not reach the destinations that God has prepared for us.

Volatility can be caused by both God shaking nations and people, and Satan trying to disrupt God’s plans, as we will see in the next session.

“Yet once more” indicates the removal of those things that are being shaken, as of things that are made, that the things which cannot be shaken may remain.

God is not finished shaking the nations and dealing with earthly foundations. This will result in many groaning for deliverance. Oppressive nations are going to be dealt with by the Lord as well as earthly dictators. Dictators are going to fall!

During the Global Prophetic Summit in November, there was an admonition given to Maduro of Venezuela that if he didn’t go into self-exile, he would be overthrown, and the consequences for him and his military would be grave. Venezuela is going to shake, and systems of socialism are going to shake. This will result in a domino effect that will change Cuba and Colombia. Latin America/Latin Americans are preparing to rise up and become some of the greatest evangelists, missions-sending agents, and church planters the world has known.

Warnings were given about God dealing with mammon and greed while releasing true wealth to fund the great end-time harvest. The city of London will be shaken as financial misconduct is exposed, along with backroom deals.

The U.S. economy must be interceded for as there are hidden snares in the system, and the financial strength of the nation could shake. It is going to tip one way or the other. It is God’s desire to bless the economy, as the United States is still the number one missions-sending nation in the world, and this is needed for the end-time harvest. However, there is still corruption on Wall Street that God is going to take care of.

Cryptocurrency is meant to skyrocket but judgment could come to this sector as well. Intercession is the key! We must sound the alarm and ask the intercessors to get in the gap for the financial sectors of the U.S., the U.K., and other markets. Japan is about to experience a boon as revival fires will burn brightly in that nation. The creative anointing of the Japanese is going to shine and will bring great wealth.

Taiwan is the beginning of the new tech highway that will run along the old Spice Route and connect to the United States. Money from innovation will pour through this whole route.

This word came out several ways in our midst. God wants to have our voices be the ones that cause people’s lives, and their nations, to go in the correct redemptive direction that God would have for them.

We had a word that Satan has been working to cause the leaders of nations to “go off the rails” and veer off their God- given trajectories. However, intercessors are the best “glorious disruptors.” The watchmen intercessors who are prophetic will pray the prayers needed to keep their families’ lives on track, as well those of their heads of state.

Redemptively, glorious disruptions will take place where unusual, spontaneous releases of miracles break out on the streets of cities, in stadiums, and in schools. The power gifts of the Holy Spirit will come to the forefront and “ordinary” believers will flow in them like the healing evangelists of old.

Dreams and visions are being poured out across the Middle East with some experiencing multiple dreams a night of Jesus, the man in white. God is going where man cannot go and it is not too dangerous for Him. Look for reports of whole villages being saved, and the most hardened terrorists turning to Christ, as the Sauls become Pauls! The rulers of closed nations are going to be visited as we pray and tell remarkable stories of their conversions. Sadly, this will, for a season, lead to increased persecution and even violent outbreaks. However, the martyrs will cry out for justice and God will hear their prayers (Revelations 6:9-11).

In this re-alignment season, the church needs to seek God’s face for the new ways that He wants to express Himself. We must be careful not to persecute the new even though it doesn’t look like the old. Just as the Jesus People Movement was full of long-haired hippies and it disrupted the old order of suits and ties, the new might feel disruptive to the old.

The United States and other nations are in a civil war of words. If prayer is not done on a large scale, the civil war of words will escalate to full-blown fighting. We see this happening where many civil wars are being fought in nations such as Nigeria, Mozambique, Sudan, and other places.

Here are aspects of the Voice Wars:

Believers must find their voices, as other ideologies have found theirs, and take over nations and civilizations.

Revival is taking place in many nations, especially in the United States on college and high school campuses. With these revivals, there is also a Golden Age awakening taking place.

God is anointing a new generation of Holy Revolutionaries who will use words to disrupt Satan’s plans and schemes. The assassination of Charlie Kirk resulted in many capturing his ability to communicate in ways that are disruptive to broken ideologies.

God is going to release anointed words to a new generation which will be full of God’s power, and they will persuade many to come to Christ. God’s words will shift the past season, where the youth wanted to rebel and become woke, to one of a generation who seeks God with passionate love and worship. They will lose their appetite for sexual sin and perversion. As a result, Christians will make movies that reflect God’s values and release a new reformation of morality such as happened in the time of William Wilberforce. The revival will marry with the reformation to make lasting social change. New laws will be passed to reverse those that promoted abortion, transgenderism, and the like.

The church in many arenas will wake up to the fact that we are in serious warfare and need watchmen on the wall. Fervent intercession, such as in the days of Rees Howells in Wales, will result in many 24 hour prayer meetings. Joel 2 will be a theme. Serious times require serious prayer. While the intercession from the last season has seemingly pushed back World War 3, nations are still shaking. The seriousness of other ideologies that not only disrupts, but also leads to a complete shift away from the redemptive plan that God has for nations, is very serious. If we don’t learn how to do spiritual warfare, our nations will be overtaken and our children and grandchildren will be put under serious bondage and oppression. This is the time, as was talked about so much in the 1980’s, for the Bride of Christ to put on her combat boots. It is also a new season for intercessors. It is time to take our prayers to a higher level through intercession that partners with heaven to birth God’s purposes into the earth.

God is calling the church to rise up and crush the works of the enemy. This is a season of boldness. The victory has been secured and the seed of the woman has crushed the serpent’s head. Now we must be the army that enforces the victory in the earth. The older generation must mentor the next generation or there will be gaps in understanding. An admonition to the older generation is that we must go back and teach the “first things,” the basics of spiritual warfare, deliverance, and strategic-level prayer. Prophetic intercession, where time is spent both listening to hear God’s will and then praying, is needed.

In studying the Hebrew meaning of 5786, the number letter six is “Vav.” This is be understood as connecting heaven to earth. When we make decrees given by God, we literally release God’s will into the earth from heaven. The will of God will begin to manifest into the earth. This could be called using God’s word to vav the earth. It could also be used when you claim God’s promises. God is releasing a great authority to His church on new levels, and the Joel 2 army will rise up to stake our claim to God’s promises for our nations. Nations are a treasure unto God (Psalm 2:8).

The cross was a vav that connected heaven to earth. His death literally reconnected us to Heaven. The vav in the letter six looks like a hook. We must be careful to watch what we’re “hooked” on, including the enticements of social media. God is calling many back to a simpler life and, at times, to put away our involvement in media to give time for His presence in our lives. We can also be hooked into unhealthy relationships that take us away from our God-given alignments and purpose.

The Bride of Christ has grown weary with fighting one battle after another. The good news is that this is the time of ending battles! This will include court cases being settled and financial stresses being relieved. New properties, buildings, and land will be obtained. New promotions and creative financial solutions will bring an end to financial stress as well. God wants to give us a season where we de-stress instead of being stressed!

Crucial to this will be standing on God’s promises for victory! He is the victorious King and we are His children.

God is creating a hunger in His people for authentic community, hearts being knitted together in covenant. This will be a house-to-house movement where people eat together, pray together, and are in covenant with one another.

This is not to say that large church gatherings will not take place, but an emphasis on smaller groups gathering together in communion, covenant, and doing life together will add a dimension of strength in these challenging times.

The church will go deep this year and experience the love of God. The body of Christ will be given increased stamina. The healing of the broken-hearted is on the mind of Christ and the Lord will comfort His people.

Even though there are great potential dangers to AI, we received an admonition not to demonize it, but to use it for Kingdom purposes. The renaissance that is taking place is a new technological age unlike anything we have experienced since the advent of the worldwide web. God will anoint a new generation to safeguard us from potential dangers and we need to intercede for this.

Already, AI gives us faster results in healthcare and higher accuracy in research and cost savings. AI robotics are coming – the future is here!

Prophetically, we see the breakdown of the walls of language caused by the Tower of Babel. The ability to translate languages is a tool we need to learn to evangelize the end-time harvest. Of course, as we’re careening towards the end of all things, AI can be used as a tool for the Anti-Christ as well. For instance, AI can develop its own religion or sway a whole culture away from biblical principles. All of this was prophesied by the prophet Daniel:

It seems that the seals have been broken and we’re in that time with the clock ticking for the Lord’s return. For this reason, we need to occupy or do business until the Lord’s return (Luke 19:13).

The church will bring forth her own “Renaissance” people. The creatives will paint, dance, sing, and reveal the beauty of Christ on new levels. They will be so powerful in their displays that they will create museum-quality pieces of art. God is getting ready to invade the fine arts.

Where, in the past, Christian films were seen as B-rated, it will come into the A-rated level. The films being made will be so amazing that even the woke crowd will be in awe. The woke crowd is going to become the awakened crowd as God pours out His Spirit on the media, arts, and entertainment producers of the world.

Those with a mantle like William Wilberforce carried will arise in the political sectors. Whereas the church has largely ignored the government mountain, reformers will arise and lead moral reformations across the world.

There will still be major purging going on in the church as God continues to clean house. This should put the fear of the Lord in all of us. Ministers will preach on the final judgment seat of the Lord and remind all that not only is Jesus coming as the Redeemer, but also as the Righteous Judge (2 Corinthians 5:10).

An admonition came out several ways to watch that we do not let our worship become routine. God wants to keep His Name purely worshiped.

It is time for the harvest of the Middle East and the Arabic-speaking world. Unreached peoples who have never heard the good news are going to have powerful visitations of dreams and visions. This is already occurring, but there will be so many that whole groups of people are going to turn to Christ.

Sadly, great persecution and martyrdom will try and accompany those visitations as the spirit of Jihad will manifest more and more. This will also manifest in the Western world, as suicide bombers will use those radicalized. Prayer can turn much of this, but we must be vigilant.

Closed nations will suddenly open as more areas of the Middle East open up through reformer leaders. Religious freedom will come to nations where it is currently only limited.

The Bamboo Curtain is going to fall. While it has seemed that it was going to come down many times, God has some big surprises up His sleeves. Economic shakings are coming to China and unrest among students, such as that of Tiananmen Square. Student uprisings will spring up in many regions. In the midst of persecution, the church in China will flourish.

An increase in the onslaught on religious freedom in the EU will wake up some of the sleeping church. The wave of prayer that follows will spark a new desire for authentic faith and relationship with Jesus Christ. This will be especially prevalent among the young. Watch Germany, Netherlands, Spain, France, and Sweden.

France and the United Kingdom will experience further unrest against extremists and terrorists. Some significant national monuments will be attacked and damaged. This will cause the people in these nations to rise up and begin to elect leaders who are for freedom. Oxford will experience a Jesus People Movement, as will Cambridge. God is preparing another Holy Club like in the day of the Wesleys.

Even though, by population, these two nations are small, they’re going to “bat above their weight,” as God puts an emphasis on these nations. Moves of God will break out, especially among little children. They will want to pray rather than play!

Persecution will increase, but the church will grow exponentially in the midst of it. India, Bangladesh, Nepal, and Thailand will experience the fresh fire of the Holy Spirit. Many signs and wonders will break out!

We as the ACPE pray that these prophetic words will help you as you plan for the year 2026 and bring you into God’s divine purpose for your life, the Church, and the nations.
