21 DAYS TO
REVERSE THE CURSE OVER AMERICA

Why we are calling the nation to fasting and prayer for 21 days:

The place America is in today has not caught God off guard. I prophesied three years ago that food shortages were coming. I prophesied persecution was coming. I prophesied a lot of things I didn’t want to prophesy. I prophesied inflation and stagflation were coming. However, at the same time, I prophesied that if the Church would wake up in the midst of this, fast and pray and believe God’s Word, we could see a turnaround. I prophesied there would be a great harvest of souls in this same season. And harvest is beginning in many places!

I believe it is time to engage in fasting and prayer. We need faith to rise in us to work the works of Him who sent us while it is yet day, as John 9:4 tells us.

Here’s why I believe this is the time. We have recently entered the month of Av. Robert Heidler of Glory of Zion is a strong teacher on the substance of these Hebrew seasons. He serves alongside Chuck Pierce who is one of our dearest friends. Robert says that Av is “the month you metamorphose or disintegrate. This is the month God destroys so He can reconstruct. It was meant to be the time the Israelites entered the Promised Land with Moses, but instead, on the 9th of Av, they received the negative report of the 10 spies and refused to move forward.” That day has held many moments of destruction for Israel ever since. But it was never meant to be that way. It was meant to be the time they listened to the report of the 2 spies telling them of the incredible fruitfulness in the land. It was mean to be the time to enter into great blessing. As Caleb said to the Israelites then, I say to you now, “Let us go up at once and take possession, for we are well able to overcome it.” (Numbers 13:30: NKJV)

This is the month where our will or God’s will is going to be determined. I feel if we enter into a season of fasting and intercession, believing God for His promises, instead of listening to the media, politicians, social media, even other Believers with reports of doom and gloom, we can turn things around in America. We must see the giants in the land, but know that we can overcome them in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. We were created for this!

So, join us in this 21 Days of Prayer and Fasting to Reverse the Curse Over America. We will begin 8/8 and proceed through 8/28. I pray this nation will be a light of hope for the other nations of the earth as we believe for miracles and for God’s perfect Will to be done in place of the will of man.

DAY 1 – August 8 – DAY OF PREPARATION

“I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship. Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.” (Romans 12:1-2; ESV)

This is the first day of our 21-day season of fasting and prayer. The Bible speaks often of the need to consecrate ourselves before great battles. In Joshua 3:5, just before the Israelites moved to take Jericho, Joshua told them, “Consecrate yourselves, for tomorrow the Lord will do wonders among you.” Do you hear the faith in his statement? We agree today that we will indeed see God do miracles among us as we fast and pray through this season.

When Nehemiah heard of the condition of Jerusalem, the heart of His nation, his response was to weep, fast, and mourn. Then, he began to intercede between what was and what should be. This is the exact posture we will take over these 21 days.

So, how do we consecrate or prepare ourselves? Please seek the Lord for specifics for you, but here are some things I recommend:

  • Sit before the Lord and ask Him if there is any area of sin or idolatry in your life or home and remove it.

  • Worship Him.

  • Read Joshua 1 through 6 to see how God helped the Hebrews take their land. Nehemiah is another good book to read to remind ourselves of the way the enemy wars against us and how we are to respond. Read the Gospels (Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John) to reacquaint yourself with Jesus – His teachings and His ways. Finally, read the book of Acts to encourage yourself that God has a powerful answer in Jesus! He has not changed and He is still working through His people!

  • Take communion.

  • Begin your fast. Only fast as He instructs you to. If you have medical issues, be sure to consult a doctor before engaging in the fasting of food and liquids. A good fast is a Daniel fast, where you eat fruits and veggies only. Some will be able to fast on liquids only, but be careful on water alone. Many choose to fast certain meals and that’s fine, too.

  • Do not forgo the news, as it may give your information to pray, but … you may want to fast some forms of social media, so you can better hear what the Lord is saying.

DAY 2 – August 9 – PRAYER FOR THE CHURCH

“You are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people of His own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.” (1 Peter 2:9; ESV)

We, the Church must always remember who we are in Him!

We are the army of God – those that spiritually engage the enemy and stand firm for righteousness and justice. We are meant to set the spiritual climate for the nation. We are not meant to live fearfully on the defensive. However, when we have not lived in power and engaged our culture, we will find ourselves in exactly that place. Sadly, this is why our society is in such a mess, but the Lord is giving us yet another chance to rise up and pray and act.

We are meant to express unity in a bond of love with one another, so the world can see Jesus. Jesus prayed for us, “That all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me.” (John 17:21; ESV)

There’s another benefit of unity of the Church, as well. When we work together, we become unstoppable. “Again I say to you, if two of you agree on earth about anything they ask, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven. For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them.” (Matthew 18:18-20; ESV)

Pray for the Church:

  • Pray that the Church would be one, even as Father, Son, and Holy Ghost are one. May we be “agreeing wholeheartedly with each other, loving one another, and working together with one mind and purpose.” (Philippians 2:2; NLV)

  • Ask God to remove double-mindedness from us, so we will not waiver in prayer and action, compromising with the world’s ways, instead of confronting them. “But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea that is driven and tossed by the wind. For that person must not suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord; he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways.” (James 1:6-8; ESV)

  • Pray for the Church to be filled with unstoppable faith as Jesus prayed for Peter, “I have prayed for you that your faith may not fail. And when you have turned again, strengthen your brethren.” (Luke 22:32; ESV)

DAY 3 – August 10 – HIS INHERITANCE: RELEASE OF THE HARVEST

“Only ask, and I will give you the nations as your inheritance, the whole earth as your possession.” (Psalm 2:8)

The ultimate goal of any season of spiritual warfare is to bring souls to the Lord. We want to deal with the spiritual strongholds in the land, so people are able to break free of the enemy’s bondage. We expect blind eyes to open and captives to be set free.

God loves the lost! We say we do too, but because they act and think so differently from us, we tend to judge them and make them our enemies. Our battle is not against flesh and blood. Satan hates them just as he hates us! He is trying to steal, kill, and destroy the unbeliever, so they cannot know Jesus.

We must remember we can’t hold the unsaved to a biblical standard, as they are not capable in their unsaved state to always act in righteousness, holiness, and biblical justice. Only by God’s grace, can we. They act like unsaved people! Go figure! When we are born again, we become new creatures. The Bible tells us we go from darkness to light. We are blind, but then we see! We can then be transformed into the image of Christ. Then, we can enter the spiritual battle for the souls of others.

Let’s pray for the lost and watch as the Holy Spirit moves to reveal Christ to them and draw them to the cross and salvation. We will be pressing in these 21 days to contend against dark forces and for the greatest harvest of souls the world has ever seen. Keep this in mind every day that you pray and let’s expect miracles!

Pray for the harvest:

  • Ponder the condition of the lost and ask God to forgive you if you have judged them. Ask Him for a greater measure of His love and compassion. “Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor [b]homosexuals, nor sodomites, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you. But you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God.” (1 Cor. 6:9-11; NIV)

  • Ask God to show you the harvest as He sees it and put his urgency in you to reap this great harvest. “Do you not say, ‘There are yet four months, then comes the harvest’? Look, I tell you, lift up your eyes, and see that the fields are white for harvest.” (John 4:35; ESV)

DAY 4 – August 11 – WHAT BRINGS THE JUDGEMENT OF GOD ON A NATION?

“I looked for someone among them who would build up the wall and stand before me in the gap on behalf of the land so I would not have to destroy it, but I found no one.” (Ezekiel 22:30; NIV)

“I looked, but there was no one to help; I was appalled, but there was no one to uphold; so my own arm brought me salvation, and my wrath upheld me.” (Isaiah 63:55; ESV)

Many Believers are asking if America is under God’s judgement. The first thing we need to consider here is that everything we are seeing in America is also happening globally. It is not just us. However, having said that, it is important to remember that God does not view our situation only globally. He created the nations and set their boundaries in place. We see in Isaiah and Jeremiah and other prophetic books of the Bible that He prophesies over nations. In His love for them, He calls out their sin and gives them opportunities to repent. He even tells them what they need to deal with in order to repent. He tells them what gods need to be removed from their midst. Then, He acknowledges their repentance and turnaround and then even exalts and blesses their leadership. (See Jer. 52:31-34)

Though we may feel it is unfair for Believers to suffer as a result of God’s judgements on a nation, it does rain on the just and unjust. God lifts His hand and allows the enemy access, because He is just and He loves us enough to help us get to the point of repentance! Our role as His children is to recognize the judgement and jump into the gap between what is and ought to be. We are to be those intercessors to mend the breach, because we are His and we have the ability to see and act!

Here are some of the things God judges a nation for:

  • Idolatry – the literal, physical worship of a god other than Himself. This is a violation of the first commandment. (See the 10 Commandment here.) We often do not realize we have given access to other gods/principalities/powers through our actions and even political alignments, until we see the curse manifest in the natural realm. Americans often ignore demonic activity and try to reason out why they are seeing certain things. Just ask God and He will show you if there is worship of another god occurring. Worship of Mammon is common here. It causes us to trust in money and earthly financial benefit as opposed to trusting Him – Jehovah Jireh.

  • Rejecting His promises, including rejecting Jesus – God gave a promise of territory to Abraham, which was passed down from generation to generation, but the Israelites had not obtained it. When He meant to fulfill it after delivering His people from 400 years of being enslaved, they doubted it. God did not let that generation go into the Promised Land. We have rejected God and removed prayer and the reading of His Word from our schools. Statistics, as well as our own eyes, show us God is not mocked. Our school children are being deeply affected. Public schools and colleges are subjecting the students to all manner of sexual sin and indoctrination into humanism. Our government is rejecting God, doing what they feel is right in their own eyes – passing laws and decrees that are against His Word. Pushing God out causes all manner of demonic activity to flourish.

  • The shedding of innocent blood – This is one of the six things the Lord says He hates. In Numbers, He tells us this defiles the land, and before Christ, there was no cleansing for it. The Hebrew word there for defile is “to make profane; make godless”.  Profane is desecration of a holy place. The Lord considers the land holy. Innocent bloodshed desecrates it and He cannot inhabit it. Left without God, everything will eventually die, because the enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy. Thankfully, that was in the old Testament and we know Jesus’ blood cleanses all us now when we repent. See Day 7 for more on this.

Stand in the gap for America:

  • Daniel repented on behalf of his people. He stood in the place of intercession for them, because he realized the sin was rampant and God was judging Israel. We call this Identificational Intercession. Pray his prayer in Daniel 9:4-19 in a version of your choice over America. You may want to also pray it over your city and/or state.

DAY 5 – August 12 – LOOKING AT THE CONDITION OF THE NATION

“I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble.

But take heart! I have overcome the world."

(John 16:33; NIV)

America is under a full-frontal attack!

"Schools, faith-based institutions, the media, racial and religious minorities, government figures and critical U.S. infrastructure are among the wide-ranging list of areas under threat.”1 Let's also not forget what's going on at the border and our economy. We are in a time of major crisis. Things are changing so rapidly its almost hard to keep up.

The enemy is busy at work trying to destroy America, but through prayer we can see our way through. Satan comes in like a Trojan horse. He is a spirit and many demonic spirits do his bidding, but here in the United States, we largely ignore these principalities and powers. We just see the effects of this spiritual activity and either get fearful or get angry.

We need to engage in spiritual warfare and be serious about it. The Word of God tells us, “It is God who arms me with strength and keeps my way secure.” (Psalm 18:32; NIV) "Blessed be the Lord my Rock, who trains my hands for war, and my fingers for battle  ̶  my lovingkindness and my fortress, my high tower and my deliver, my shield and the One in whom I take refuge, who subdues my people under me." (Psalm 144:1; NRSV)

Let’s look with His eyes, route the enemy, and declare His Lordship over our cities:

  • Let’s start right where we are. (We’ll address national issues at the grassroots level here and more big-picture in the days to follow.) Ask the Lord to show you the condition of your city and even your neighborhood. Do not try to sugar-coat what you see or justify it before the Lord. See it as real as you dare to look at it.

  • Next, ask God how He would like the area to look. What are His plans?

  • Now, ask the Lord to teach you how to pray about these things specifically to your assignment. What spirits need bound? What scripture would He give you to use as a sword of the Spirit to remove the enemy?

  • Now, decree His desires. What promise from the Word does he want you to agree with, believe for, and decree over the area?

  • Ask the Father if there is anything He wants you to do to enforce the victory. Does He want you to prayer walk? Does He want you to volunteer in your child’s classroom, join the PTA or run for school board? Does He have a plan for you to run for local office? Maybe He will give you a dream for an outreach that will minister to many needs in your city. Start the process with Him.

DAY 6 – August 13 – REVERSING THE CURSE OF VIOLENCE

“No harm will overtake you; no disaster will come near your tent. For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways.” (Psalm 91:10; NIV)

Violence is increasing in America. It is accompanied by lawlessness. As we said on day 4, when a nation rejects God and decides to do what is right in their own eyes, destruction soon follows.

We are all aware that criminal activity is allowed to occur in some of our major cities. In some areas, city and county prosecutors will not prosecute many crimes they deem “small”. This is becoming more common. We are allowing criminals to get away with more and more until something very serious happens. Additionally, we know police funding has been limited in some cities, prompting their services to be more limited and their forces to shrink. This stresses all those continuing to serve their locales.

Here are some statistics:

  • In New York City, the number of major crimes as of Feb 2022 was up 47% over 2019.2

  • Murders overall increased 30% nationally in 2020, the last year statistics are available.3

  • Gang crimes compromise 48.9% of all violent crimes.4

  • There have been 27 school shootings so far this year.5

The Bible tells us Baal was Israel’s substitute for God. YHWH was loving, kind, and long-suffering with them. We can reverse the violence in this nation through repentance, as we did in praying Daniel’s prayer yesterday, and through declaring our agreement and alignment with God.

Decree a reversal of violence over our cities and this nation:

  • We decree that no weapon formed against us shall prosper and every tongue that rises against us shall be condemned. (From Isaiah 54:17; NIV)

  • We decree no longer will violence be heard in our land, nor ruin or destruction within our borders, but we will call our walls Salvation and our gates Praise. (From Isaiah 60:8)

  • We acknowledge, Lord, that You will rescue us from oppression and violence, for we are precious in Your sight. (From Psalm 27:14)

  • Therefore, we denounce the work of Baal over [name your city] and we lift the Name of Jesus high over [name your city]. May You alone be glorified, Lord Jesus!

DAY 7 – August 14 – ONGOING VIOLENCE AGAINST THE UNBORN

The Lord said, “They have built the high places of Baal to burn their children in the fire as offerings to Baal–something I did not command or mention, nor did it enter my mind.”

(Jeremiah 19:5; NIV)

I believe one of the major reasons for the sad state of affairs in America is the battle our nation has been in over Life. In June, the Supreme Court reversed Roe v. Wade and returned the decision of whether to allow abortion or not back to the states. This was in response to many years of Believers fasting and praying and choosing Life for America in accordance with scripture. Many in the church rejoiced, but some have aligned with the thinking of men and continue to believe abortion should be allowed in America. Those who do not know the Lord, His Word, and His ways are fighting as hard as they can to keep abortion in place. This is primarily a spiritual war with Jezebel and Molech fighting hard to keep sacrifice of the unborn continuing. It seems as though those that profit from this unthinkable practice or who have been deceived into believing it is good for a woman will stop at nothing, and it is causing much chaos.

We are seeing active threats of violence against the Supreme Court Justices. Dozens of pro-life organizations and crisis pregnancy centers across the nation have experienced vandalism, threats, and dangerous acts of violence. This hate-filled violence has to stop.7

There is now a state-to-state fight for Life. Some states, such as Texas, Arkansas, and Mississippi had trigger laws that almost immediately took effect when Roe was reversed. Other states, like New York, Colorado, and California, immediately moved to preserve abortion rights all the way up to the point of birth and potentially even after. (See here, here, and here for more.) Many states are now battle-ground states, with about half choosing Life. We cannot just let the issue go in the states choosing abortion. We need to eradicate this sin from our nation completely, so don’t give up or give in! Pray!

Pray for Life:

  • Pray that the Lord will protect our nation from violent protests in the aftermath of this righteous decision.

  • Find out what your state’s position on Life is. Here is a helpful tool. Additionally, here is a State Legislation tracker.

  • Molech is an ancient god which demanded child sacrifice. Declare before the blood-thirsty god Molech, "Children are a gift from the LORD; they are a reward from him." (Psalm 127:3; NLV). Decree that the children of your state will live and not die and will proclaim the glory of the Lord!

  • Choose and decree Life for America. “This day I call the heavens and the earth as witnesses against you that I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life, so that you and your children may live and that you may love the Lord your God, listen to his voice, and hold fast to him.” (Deuteronomy 30:19; NIV)

  • Pray for protection for the Justices who chose Life for America. They have done the right thing. Thank the Lord for them and their boldness to stand strong in their conviction that our U.S. Constitution does not guarantee that right and this needed to be reversed. They are Justice Alito, Justice Gorsuch, Justice Kavanaugh, and Justice Coney-Barrett. Chief Justice Roberts agreed in part.

  • Make sure and vote for any pro-life legislation your state is enacting. Pledge to fight for Life in your state until it is a reality and abortion is ended there.

  • If you have chosen abortion for yourself or another and have come to know the deep love of Christ and His forgiveness, pray for others to know this as well. If you need help, seek out your local Pregnancy Resource Center for referrals for post-abortion counseling.

DAY 8 – August 15 – VIOLENCE AGAINST CHILDREN IN SCHOOL

“I have no greater joy than to hear that my children are walking in truth.” (3 John 1:4; NIV)

The enemy has an agenda to destroy our children with everything from mass school shootings to gender confusion and teachings on sex education before they’re old enough to even know what that is. The Word of God tells us we are to train our children in the way that they should go and when they are older, they will not depart from it. (Proverbs 22:6; NIV) It is time we fight back!  We must protect the lives and innocence of our children.

Statistics available for school shootings alone reveal there were more in 2021—42 total—than in any year since at least 1999.8 And it seems obvious that 2022 has the potential to be even more deadly for our children and educators, with one source reporting 27 school shootings as of June 8th of this year.9

Pray with us for our schools – that lives and innocence will be protected:

  • Declare, “All your children shall be taught by the Lord and great shall be the peace of your children.” (Isaiah 54:13; NIV)

  • Let’s pray for our children’s safety in school, and let us also pray for the safety for our nation’s teachers. They already have a difficult job and now have to consider keeping students safe from attacks against them.

  • Pray for parents to know the best educational strategy for their children. Options are needed so parents can opt out of progressive schools. Or wisdom is needed to push to change curriculum and educational ideologies.

  • We declare our children will be taught to stay away from and not to enter the path of the wicked. They will not walk in the way of evil. They will avoid it, turn away from it, and pass on. We forgive those who do not sleep unless they have done evil against our little ones and whose sleep is taken away unless they make someone fall. For they eat the bread of wickedness, and drink the wine of violence. But they shall be brought to a place of deliverance as they confront a living God through the power of the Holy Spirit! Our children shall be safe from them. (From Proverbs 4:14-17; NKJV)

DAY 9 – August 16 – VIOLENCE IN OUR MAJOR CITIES

“So Moses swore on that day, saying, ‘The land on which your foot has walked shall certainly be an inheritance to you and to your children forever, because you have followed the Lord my God fully.’  Now then, give me this hill country about which the Lord spoke on that day, for you heard on that day that Anakim were there, with great fortified cities; perhaps the Lord will be with me, and I will drive them out just as the Lord has spoken.” (Joshua 14:9 and 12)

Forbes magazine recently ran an article in which they listed the 10 cities with the highest per capita rates of violence in America. They were in order of most to least violent:

St Louis, MissouriJackson, MississippiDetroit, MichiganNew Orleans, LouisianaBaltimore, MarylandMemphis, TennesseeCleveland, OhioBaton Rouge, LouisianaKansas City, MissouriShreveport. Louisiana10

While Detroit and Baltimore were no surprise, New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, and Seattle seem to be in the news on a consistent basis, but didn’t even make the list. The reason is the statistics track violent crimes per capita or per person in the population. The larger cities make the news more often, and the types of crimes committed in the larger cities are often more notable. We hear about violence in southside Chicago almost every weekend in the media. But this list shows how serious violent crime is. Even smaller cities have growing crime rates.

Some of the reported reasons are joblessness and rising prices. Gang involvement in an area is also a threat. Look at the statistic quoted on Day 6. The prevalence of drug trafficking and use, sex trafficking, and other vices in a community can also raise the rate of violence.

Pray for our cities:

  • Pray that Jesus would be openly and clearly expressed by the Church in the city.

  • Ask God to raise up Kingdom solutions to the root causes of the violence.

  • Pray for the raising up of businesses and ministries to carry these solutions out.

  • Gather together with others and ask God where strongholds of darkness are in your city. Take authority over them and pray that they would be uprooted.

  • Prayer drive your city and worship the Lord over the dark places.

  • Intercede for some of the cities on the list above. Research them to find out what the strongholds and root issues are. Do not judge them, but thank God for all the people there and ask Him to deliver them from the bondage and destruction they are having to live under.

DAY 10 – August 17 – INDOCTRINATING OUR CHILDREN

“But Jesus said, ‘Let the children come to me. Don’t stop them! For the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to those who are like these children.’” (Matthew 19:14; NLT)

It seems if the enemy has not been able to destroy our children through abortion, he is trying to take them out through the destruction of their identity. The educational system, media, and social media are consistently bombarding them with information as to who they should consider themselves to be.

We are all aware of the gender identity crisis this generation is facing. Even many liberal parents are alarmed at what they are finding out their children are being taught or encouraged to explore regarding sexuality and gender all the way down to kindergarten. Rather than eliminating confusion, stress is being introduced as children are no longer encouraged to simply learn and play and enjoy their season of innocence.

On top of that, children are being taught through supposed history and science lessons to separate by race and type, and be suspicious of those that live in and speak truth.

This is not just concerning to parents who are Christians and “old-fashioned” in their thinking. One man was ejected from a school board meeting while trying to tell the school board about his daughter’s rape in a public-school bathroom by a transgendered student who was allowed by the school to use the facility.11 Another dad was removed from a School Board meeting when he read a book from his child’s school library. The book was deemed by the Board to be too lewd to be read in that public forum because it was broadcast live!12 There are so many more examples.

Our children are not to be pawns in a social experiment. They are precious to the Lord and should be protected from all harm, including emotional harm, as they are growing up.

Pray and act for our children:

  • Pray Psalm 139:13-17 over your child(ren), inserting their name(s): For you formed my inward parts;    you knitted me together in my mother's womb.I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works;    my soul knows it very well.My frame was not hidden from you, when I was being made in secret,    intricately woven in the depths of the earth.Your eyes saw my unformed substance;in your book were written, every one of them,    the days that were formed for me,    when as yet there was none of them. How precious to me are your thoughts, O God!    How vast is the sum of them!

  • Immorality is sin. Repent if you have compromised in any way and purposefully remained blind as to what your children’s school is teaching or remained silent when you did know.

  • On the other hand, God does not take lightly these types of teachings. He says in Mark 9:42, “Whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin, it would be better for him if a great millstone were hung around his neck and he were thrown into the sea.” Ask the Lord for a wise way to engage your school if these doctrines of demons are being taught. Pray for hard hearts and bound minds to be opened to the words He gives you to speak.

  • Do not abandon your children to the public school system. And don’t necessarily feel you have to pull them out. This is a great opportunity to engage and change the culture. Form an ongoing prayer group with other Christian parents. Pray on campus if possible. Prayerwalk around the campus, if not. Get to know the teachers and administrators and let them know you are praying for them.

NOTE: One of our Apostolic Council members, Cheryl Sacks has written an excellent prayer guide for our schools, Reclaim a Generation. We highly recommend you get a copy and use it to pray for your local schools.

DAY 11 – August 18 – ECONOMIC WARFARE

“For thus says the Lord of hosts, ‘Once more in a little while, I am going to shake the heavens and the earth, the sea also and the dry land. I will shake all the nations; and they will come with the wealth of all nations, and I will fill this house with glory,’ says the Lord of hosts.  ‘The silver is Mine and the gold is Mine,’ declares the Lord of hosts. ‘The latter glory of this house will be greater than the former,’ says the Lord of hosts, ‘and in this place I will give peace,’ declares the Lord of hosts.’” (Haggai 2:6-9; NASB)

America is in one of the most serious economic situations we have been in for many years. It isn’t touching everyone yet, and prayerfully, we will see it stop and reverse before things get too far. We are in a global convergence, not just a national one, but as we will see over the next few days, our nation is in a tentative place economically.

We are in a high inflation environment. The wealthy are not feeling this like those living paycheck to paycheck or on a fixed income are. For many Americans, decisions are now being made between gas to get to work and putting food on their tables. We have all seen memes joking about this, but it isn’t a joking matter. There are those looking for remote work, so they don’t have to drive their cars to work each day. A quick google search will show you food pantries are searching for donations as many more turn to them for supplementation of their family’s needs. Here in Dallas, food pantries held a “Summer Replenishment Drive”, something they usually only push at the holidays. Additionally, we are seeing more and more blogs trending which show ways to cut meal costs, with “depression era” and cheap ingredient recipes.

Housing appears positioned to deflate, as mortgage interest rates are rising. Rents were left sky-high as housing prices raced upward in the last season. Now, people renting are finding themselves priced out on their renewals. The problem is where to go. Buyers waiting for home prices to come down are now finding higher interest rates may still keep them priced out of home ownership.

I apologize for all the gloom and doom, but things really are this serious!

Let’s talk about the effect on commerce. COVID caused a backlog in getting needed supplies to market across many industries – building, agriculture, manufacturing, etc. Global political upheavals and the war between Russia and Ukraine are continuing to affect global supply in food, metals, computer chips, medicines, fertilizers, and other things. Truckers needing fuel can’t get goods to market economically and those costs are being passed to consumers, driving up the cost of many goods. The greatest hit will be to the food supply coming soon.

If we did not know the love and character of God and did not have the assurance of scripture saying He will take care of His people, our hearts might begin to fail us. I pray this is a season only and not the beginning of the end. I pray this is a time we will see His Glory in the midst of this national and global trial. We will stand and proclaim His faithfulness and see the His goodness in the earth. May the world see He is with us, as well.

Did you know the God addresses finance and economics more than anything else? He does this because these things touch our lives every single day. We have to “make a living.” We have to make food or buy food, clothe ourselves, go to work, and exchange goods and services with others on a daily basis. He wants to be sure we do all this with the right heart toward Himself and one another. He wants to be sure greed and avarice do not overtake us and steal our life from us.

Kingdom economics is different from that of the world and we must begin to walk in those principles, if we are not already doing so. We must know He owns the cattle on a thousand hills and that the gold and silver are His. We must look for examples in scripture of His care for His people, such as the Israelites in Goshen when the Egyptians were struck with plagues. We must remember the filling of the widow’s jars with oil so that she never ran out. We must have revelation of the how the tithe and firstfruits unlock the windows of heaven for us such that a blessing is poured out so great we cannot contain it. We must believe He will care for us and give us the ability to care for others through whatever may happen around us. We must expect miracles.

Putting our trust in Him:

  • Click here to read Psalm 23. Rest in His love and care for you. Remove any striving or fear over your and your family’s needs being met.

  • Consider Matthew 6:24. Mammon here is a demon god of provision.  Choose who you will serve. “No one can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon [money].”

  • Consider your city. Do you see Mammon structures at work in it? Take authority over it, binding its actions. Loose through declaration God’s strategies of Kingdom finance and economics instead.

  • Ask God to give you strategies of giving to unlock provision which might care for you and others around you.

DAY 12 – August 19 – WEATHER WARS

“Do not make idols or set up carved images, or sacred pillars, or sculptured stones in your land so you may worship them. I am the Lord your God. You must keep my Sabbath days of rest and show reverence for my sanctuary. I am the Lord. If you follow my decrees and are careful to obey my commands, I will send you the seasonal rains. The land will then yield its crops, and the trees of the field will produce their fruit. Your threshing season will overlap with the grape harvest, and your grape harvest will overlap with the season of planting grain. You will eat your fill and live securely in your own land.” (Leviticus 26:1-5; NLT)

Earlier this year, the Lord highlighted to me that there would be a drought in the U.S. We held a prayer call with our 50-state Generals and asked about the condition in their states and what they were doing about it. Some were already addressing it and some were asking God what demonic forces they needed to address and how. Some let us know they had flooding causing havoc instead of drought.

North Dakota’s General let us know the crops there were lush and better than ever, but that was after many years of consistent warfare against severe drought in their state. She said they have never had a summer and spring as green as they are having this year. California also said some areas there are experiencing bumper crops where they have had severe drought, while other areas had a severe lack of water. There was extreme cold and wet weather reported in the Pacific Northwest and across the Midwest.

We rejoice with the reports of turnaround! But more reported weather challenges of drought drying up crops or too much rain keeping crops from going in.

When Russia went to war against Ukraine, I did a video on Baal Zephon. This is a place mentioned in Exodus 14:2 at the place where the Israelites would cross the Red Sea – on the opposite bank. There was also an idol to a false god there, also known as Baal Zephon. We know God delivered Israel with a series of miracles unraveling the worship of 10 false gods in Egypt. It appears the same thing was likely happening here in that Israel’s enemies were completely vanquished and drowned in the sea. God rolled the waters back for His people to safely walk through, then rolled it back in place to drown their enemies. And the spirit empowering Baal Zephon had to watch the Hebrews’ deliverance by the One True God!

Baal Zephon is also a God of war or storm god, which I mention in the video. It was the Ugaritic god Hadad, a weather god that has manifested through history and cultures under various other names, such as Zeus and Thor.13 What is important to remember for this day of intercession is that God vanquished this thing. He delivered His people from its power, and Baal Zephon had to watch Israel’s enemies be overcome! He can do this for us again today!

Of course, we know the story and it would be 40 years later and another generation who would go into the Promised Land. Moses reminded them then of God’s love and plan in Deuteronomy 11:10-15, where he conveys the heart of God over that land. This passage should drive us to repent of the idolatry and sins of our states and nation, so we can see our weather patterns and fruitfulness of our land restored:

“The land you are entering to take over is not like the land of Egypt, from which you have come, where you planted your seed and irrigated it by foot as in a vegetable garden. 11 But the land you are crossing the Jordan to take possession of is a land of mountains and valleys that drinks rain from heaven. 12 It is a land the Lord your God cares for; the eyes of the Lord your God are continually on it from the beginning of the year to its end.

13 So if you faithfully obey the commands I am giving you today—to love the Lord your God and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul— 14 then I will send rain on your land in its season, both autumn and spring rains, so that you may gather in your grain, new wine and olive oil. 15 I will provide grass in the fields for your cattle, and you will eat and be satisfied.”

You can track areas of drought here.

Winning the weather wars in intercession:

  • Repent of national level breaking of alignment with Israel. Stand with Israel. Pray for the peace of Jerusalem. Reinforce agreement with Jerusalem as capital of Israel.

  • Declare the extreme heat across the nation be broken and flooding cease.

  • One of our Mid-west Generals encouraged us to stand on and believe this scripture and pray with all fervency for the weather to normalize: “The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much. Elijah was a man with a nature like ours, and he prayed earnestly that it would not rain; and it did not rain on the land for three years and six months. And he prayed again, and the heaven gave rain, and the earth produced its fruit.” (James 5:16b-18; NKJV)

DAY 13 – August 20 – DROUGHT AND CROP FAILURES

“I will look favorably upon you, making you fertile and multiplying your people. And I will fulfill my covenant with you. You will have such a surplus of crops that you will need to clear out the old grain to make room for the new harvest! I will live among you, and I will not despise you. I will walk among you; I will be your God, and you will be my people.” (Leviticus 26:9-12; NLT)

Earlier this year, Chuck Pierce prophesied and said to go to the cities with 14,000 people and under and worship Him there. Last year, the Lord gave a Word to the Apostolic Council of our 50-state Reformation Prayer Network to go to the rural areas of the U.S. and worship Him. They sound similar, don’t they? Chuck’s Word was given to the nations, but also to American towns and small cities, and mine to this nation. It seems God is highlighting small town America for a reason – and He did so before we knew there would be a problem. Isn’t God good?!

As everyone knows, our food and other crops are grown in rural places surrounded by these small towns. In Texas, the drought is severe. It is affecting the cotton crop, which doesn’t just provide cloth for clothing. Cottonseed oil is a primary product used in commercial food preparation. That is serious concern.

Also due to the nationwide drought or areas experiencing too much rain (as discussed on Day 12), crop harvests of all types are down. Wheat has been particularly hard hit with yields the lowest they’ve been since 2002/3, according to the USDA. See the report here

Let’s declare a turnaround!

  • Worship the Lord and declare He is Lord over this nation.

  • Declare there will be an abundant harvest, even if there is no fertilizer, because God is the Lord of the Harvest.

  • If there are fields near you, go to the fields and worship the Lord. Declare the Majesty of God over the fields. Thank God for His blessings over the land. Call the crops to spring forth! Where there is drought, call for the rain to fall and water the plants.

  • Go to the farmers and offer to pray over their land. Many are Believers and will welcome the worship and intercession over their crops.

DAY 14 – August 21 – FOOD INSECURITY

“Consider the ravens: They do not sow or reap, they have no storeroom or barn; yet God feeds them. And how much more valuable you are than birds!”(Luke 12:24; NIV)

Before we talk about food insecurity, we need to have the truth of Luke 12:24 deep within our spirit. God loves us and He will take care of us, just like He took care of the Israelites in the land of Goshen when He poured out most of the plagues against Egypt. The first three plagues affected Israel. The next 6 did not. Then came the last plague, that of the death of the firstborn. In Israel, IF the Hebrews put the blood of a lamb on the lintels of their doorways and did all God said to do, the Angel of Death would pass over their dwelling and they were not affected. This shows us God gives His people a way out, especially when we are obedient to what He tells us to do.

We have a situation in the earth, but also in the United States, which is our focus, which is looking like there could be a perfect storm brewing:

  • Crop yields are down and costs of production are up, while prices are rising due to inflation and scarcity. This is resulting in a chicken and egg effect. Demand can’t rise when the populace does not have the money to make purchases at the higher prices. Profit margins will be narrower, causing production to possibly be limited in future growing seasons. We need a holy intervention to balance all this out.

  • Trucking and urea. Urea is required by law to be used in our large shipping trucks to cut emissions. Russia and China are the largest producers of it and they have both decided this summer to stop exporting it. Russia made this decision due to their war with Ukraine. China has not explained. The trucking industry is looking for alternatives. What this means for the U.S. economy is trucks can’t run without it, therefore goods can’t get to market. Gas is already high, so this is a double whammy.14

  • Urea is also used in the making of fertilizer, which is needed for crop growth to keep up with demand.

  • In May, we heard about a nationwide outbreak of bird flu, resulting in the death and extermination of more than 37 million chickens.15

  • In Kansas this summer, thousands of heads of cattle have died in the heat and drought.16

We are living in one of the most blessed nations on earth. I believe this is largely because of our past honoring of God. This nation was established on a governmental foundation based on God’s Word.

Pray today:

  • Let’s pray for the hearts of the people of America to turn back to Him, so lack does not take firm hold, leading to famine in the land.

  • Make this a day of pondering and repentance.

  • Take communion and remind yourself of His sacrifice for you.

  • Petition the Lord to move on our nation’s food supply, multiplying it supernaturally as a sign and wonder!

DAY 15 – August 22 – IMPORTANCE OF ELECTIONS

“When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice; But when a wicked man rules, the people groan.” (Proverbs 29:2)

One of the greatest gifts we have in our nation is the ability for citizens to vote for those we want to represent us. Since at least 2020, the integrity of these elections have been called into question in a number of states and even key races in certain states. In Colorado and California, there have been questions about state-wide election results for quite some time. COVID lockdowns exacerbated the problem, as mail-in ballots were often used. The way they were gathered and counted left many wondering if all was above-board. That debate is still ongoing now as we enter into the mid-term election cycle. Voting interest is heightened. Many are changing parties, and a large turnout is expected.

We are glad to see so many people going to the polls! We pray Christians, who have an historically terrible turnout record, will be among those head to vote this November.

One of the problems beginning to gain ground is the allowing of non-citizens to vote. 15 U.S. cities, including San Francisco and New York City, have passed laws allowing non-citizen voting. This violates federal law, which states that it is “unlawful for a noncitizen to vote in federal elections and establishes the punishment of a fine, one year in prison, or both for violation of the law.” There is a bit of semantics involved in how this is possible. As Ballotpedia explains, “All state constitutions mention United States citizenship when discussing who can vote in that state's elections. In 48 states, constitutional language discussing citizenship says who can vote (e.g. ‘every citizen’ or ‘all citizens’), but does not state that noncitizens cannot vote.”17 So, the thinking appears to be, “We’ll allow it until someone legally fights it.” This is a costly and lengthy process, leaving elections vulnerable until these laws are overturned. There is a concern that the openness at the southern border may be linked to non-citizens being allowed to vote.

Our nation is very politically divided. The Church is dividing politically as well, instead of uniting over the Word of God. We must find a way to vote for those things that please the Lord. There is no perfect political party. However, we must pray and ask God who stands for Life, who will protect our children’s innocence, who supports religious freedom, and who upholds the U.S. Constitution. This is one of the most important things we should be praying into and acting on.

Pray for our elections:

  • Pray for your current elected officials. Find out all you can about their platform, how they vote, and what they believe. Pray for their representation of the citizens they serve, but also pray for them as individuals who need Christ’s love, whether they are saved or not. If they’re not born again, pray they will encounter Jesus. Pray for their families, as serving in public office is a stressful thing to do at times.

  • Plan to vote! Be sure you are registered to vote. Your Secretary of State’s Elections Division will tell you how or click here for information.

  • Educate yourself on the candidates and issues. Here is a great Christian Voter Guide. It has informati0on here on national and state elections.

  • Consider helping a godly man or woman run for office. Become a poll watcher and help on election day. Every Believer should be doing something to change our governmental atmosphere.

  • Maybe the Lord is calling you to run for city council, county commissioner or school board seat. Don’t be afraid step out.

  • Attend city council meetings or school board meetings on occasion and see your government at work. It’s a great way to pray onsite with insight.

DAY 16 – August 23 – FEAR NOT!

“He who dwells in the secret place of the Most HighShall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.I will say of the Lord, ‘He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will trust.’

Surely He shall deliver you from the snare of the fowlerAnd from the perilous pestilence.

No evil shall befall you,Nor shall any plague come near your dwelling;

‘Because he has set his love upon Me, therefore I will deliver him;I will set him on high, because he has known My name.He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him;I will be with him in trouble;I will deliver him and honor him. With long life I will satisfy him,And show him My salvation.’”(Psalm 91:1-3, 10, 14-16; NKJV)

This scripture is a key scripture every Believer needs to know. All of us go through trials and tribulations. We need to know God is with us. He’s “got us!” Look at some of the promises there. He will keep us safe from Satan’s traps and temptations, from pestilence, plagues, and sickness and disease. He will deliver us and protect us. He promises to do all this for us because He loves us and we have returned that love, putting our lives in His hands.

As the Israelites went into the Promised Land, Joshua prepared them by telling them over and over again, “Fear not” and “Be not afraid.” There was a reason for this – God knew the nature of people is to be fearful when we are in unusual situations and don’t exactly know what’s going on. They were going to face a new land, warfare, giants, and many other situations they had not been accustomed to. We are in a similar season.

Since 2020, things have not been the same. They have been unusual. But the Lord our God is with us! His love and compassion envelopes us. He is leading, guiding, and directing us, showing us how to war for our inheritance in these new and unusual circumstances.

Intercession today:

  • Read Psalm 91 over your household.

  • Read Proverbs 3:5-6, considering every word and lining yourself up with it. Feel fear dissipate. Here it is in the Amplified version: “Trust in and rely confidently on the Lord with all your heart and do not rely on your own insight or understanding. In all your ways know and acknowledge and recognize Him, and He will make your paths straight and smooth [removing obstacles that block your way].”

DAY 17 – August 24 – KNOW THE NATURE OF THE FATHER, THE SON, AND THE HOLY SPIRIT

“The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ and the love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all.” (2 Corinthians 13:14; ESV)

Today, let’s read some passages of scripture that really show us Who God is. We just need a reminder now and then. We get battle weary and tired. Life circumstances challenge who we know God to be. The things going on in the world scare us or make us worried for our future or the future of our families. We have to refresh ourselves.

  • Read Genesis, Chapter 1. “In the beginning, God…” This is our very first introduction to God Most High. He is revealed to us as the Maker of the Heavens and the Earth and all they contain. Consider that. Go outside or just look outside. Look at the grass and trees, the sky, the sun or moon. Feel the vastness and magnificence of all you see! Meditate on the fact if He could create all these things, He can well take care of you.

  • Read John 3:16, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believed in Him might not perish, but have everlasting life.” This passage expresses a depth of love that overwhelms me every time I read it. He loved me so much He gave Jesus for my sin. It leads me to a deep place of gratitude and longing for Him. What else matters? I am so loved by God! Thank Jesus for His great, great sacrifice.

  • Read Hebrews 7:25, “Wherefore He is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by Him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them.” Jesus is Savior, Redeemer, Lord, humble Servant of all, the sacrificial Lamb of God. He is King of Kings, Lord of Lords, and He is our eternal Intercessor. He intercedes before the Throne of Grace for each of us continually. This makes me want to be an intercessor. It makes me want to join in with Him on behalf of others as often as I possibly can. I want His view, His heart, His thoughts toward others. I want to learn to intercede for all people at all times in every situation together with Him. May the Lord grace us to learn a fresh depth of intercession as we consider Jesus.

  • Read John 14:15-27. Here, Jesus is talking about the Holy Spirit whom He will send once He has gone to be with the Father. Jesus calls Him, Advocate, Helper, Spirit of Truth, the One who will indwell them, and the One who will teach them all things. We know it is the work of the Holy Spirit to draw men to Christ, to effect deliverance of the captives from demonic possession and oppression, and to empower us to witness, and for love and good works. He is God active in the earth today through the Church. He is forming Christ in us as we daily walk with God. He also hovers over situations, even as He did on the day of creation, on the manifestation of Christ in Mary’s womb, and on the Day of Pentecost. He is power and manifest Glory!

Worship Him!

Worship Father, Son, and Holy Spirit as you feel led to right now – with or without music, with or without words, standing, sitting, kneeling, or laying on your face before Him. Worship Him.

DAY 18 – August 25 – BE IMMERSED IN HIS WORD

“For the Word of God is alive and active and sharper than any two-edged sword. It penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.” (Hebrews 4:12; KJV)

We war with the Word of God.

We must be full of the Bible and have scripture deep within us. It helps us, first of all, know Who God is – His nature and character.

It also gives us examples of similar types of experiences we might face in life. It shows us how to react to those things. It convicts us and draws us to the throne of grace to find grace and help in time of need.

As we pray, the Word we have learned, meditated on, and hidden deep in our heart, comes up before us by the Spirit of God. He helps us know how to pray accurately by giving us these verses as a sword of the spirit to use against the devil and his activities. It teaches us about powers and principalities we may encounter. The Word of God spoken out of our mouths dispels the darkness. Spoken to the lost, it helps them know they are loved and it helps them see and know Jesus – the Truth.

Immerse yourself in the Word of God:

Reacquaint yourself with the Bible. Here is a link to many verses about the Word. Meditate on and even memorize some of these scriptures. Let them work in you to encourage you, teach you, and draw you more closely to the Lord. Or, you can just open up your Bible and start reading.

DAY 19 – August 26 – RISING UP IN FAITH, BELIEVING AND DECREEING

“See to it that no one takes you captive through hollow and deceptive philosophy, which depends on human tradition and the elemental spiritual forces of this world rather than on Christ.”(Colossians 2:8; NIV)

I want to encourage all of us to continue on past these 21 days, enforcing the victory of the cross and proclaiming his eternal promises over America. We live in a world that’s spiritual, not just physical, as in what we can see and hear. We have taken a close look at a number of principalities and powers at work. We have talked about how to reverse their influence and effect over our lives. We have talked about how this can release the Great Harvest of souls the Lord has promised us.

In my book, Reformers Arise, I lay out some additional truths worth looking at, so we understand we are not warring for a moment, and this is no small thing we are doing. I titled Chapter 9, Legislating in the Heavens: Reformation Intercession. On page 188, you’ll find a section called, His Kingdom Come. This is obviously referring to a section of scripture we know as The Lord’s Prayer, where Jesus Himself taught the disciples to pray: “Our Father, which art in heaven, hollowed be Thy Name. They Kingdom come, They Will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.” (Matthew 6: 9-10; KJV)

Here are a few passages from that chapter to reinforce and bring greater understanding to what we have been doing:

“God is the Supreme Ruler over the universe. He is the Lawgiver and wants His laws to be obeyed. Since that is so, we must ask ourselves some important questions, like ‘Why isn’t His will being done on the earth?’ and ‘What is my part in seeing His will – His Kingdom laws – put into place in the earth (or in my family, city, or nation)?’

“In a way, we can say we are called to see that God’s law becomes the law in the land. I want to add here that this is not done through physical coercion, but as we pray, the hearts of the people turn to the Lord and they desire to put biblical laws in place. Our legislation begins in the heavens with prayer and is manifested in the earth through the changed hearts of people in authority. A portion of our God-given position as His sons and daughters is to be enforcers of His Will. In Possessing the Gates of the Enemy, I described it this way:

“’We are enforcers of His will in the earth today as we use His Name and pray His will through His Word. Human beings can now fulfill their God-ordained position given in the garden to subdue the earth and have dominion over it in the name of the risen Champion, Jesus Christ, while we at the same time discern and pray for His will. Through our taking dominion over the works of Satan in the earth and praying in the name of our King, we establish His will on earth as it is in heaven. We, in the act of intercession, are His ambassadors plenipotentiary, fully empowered with full authority to pray on behalf of the mighty, awesome, God of this universe.’”18 and 19

I share much more in the book, which you can get here, about our authority and how we operate in it in prayer until we actually see His Kingdom manifested and advanced in our realms of authority. What you need to know now, is that we do not stop having prayed once, even if we feel pretty good about what we’ve done. We pray and keep on praying until we see the manifestation in the earth. This might come from physically seeing a change, such as dry, brown fields turning lush and green. Or it may come from seeing reports on the news or government reports of changes that are harder to track. In some cases, such as the overturning of Roe v. Wade at the Supreme Court and the ongoing statewide battles, it could take years of prayer and voting to see changes occur. In any of these ways, we are advancing His Kingdom and we will see it come on earth as in heaven!

Enforcing the victories of this season:

  • You may know what items above have “stuck with you” for prayer since you interceded through the days above. If not, look back and see if anything is highlighted by the Holy Spirit. This may be an ongoing assignment.

  • Commit to the Lord to continue to intercede for those things He has especially placed on your heart. Do so now.

  • Was there a point of action you feel led to carry out, such as praying at a local school, or helping a candidate running for office? Did you feel led to go to the fields in your area, worship over the land, and call the crops to life? Talk to the Lord about how to do that better. Get your friends to join you. Make a plan to continue and expand these types of Kingdom-advancing exercises.

DAY 20 – August 27 – CRYING OUT FOR THE HARVEST

“Already the one who reaps is receiving wages and gathering fruit for eternal life, so that sower and reaper may rejoice together.” (John 4:36; ESV)

On Day 3, we set the focus for our intercession on those trapped within worldly and demonic structures. Today, let’s thank God for that harvest. Note where He is already working.

Mario Murillo is holding tent revivals across America and seeing much fruit! He’s held them in California, New York, Tennessee, and Colorado Springs, to name a few. You can read more here.

Sean Feucht is holding worship and evangelism gatherings on beaches, in parks, and even at blocked-off inner city intersections. In fact, Sean is showing us how to go to areas where tragedies have occurred, such as the death of George Floyd, and redeem the area from the curse of death and destruction. Learn more about what he does here.

In May, hundreds of Korean intercessors came to America to pray for our harvest of souls. They are the descendants of men and women that came to Christ through Billy Graham’s 1973 crusade in Seoul where more than 3 million came to Christ. Here is the story.

There are many more moves of evangelism happening, but I hope these few stories have encouraged you and stirred you to press in for souls.

Cry out for the Harvest!

  • Pray Matthew 9:37-38 and pray God send laborers to the harvest.

  • Read the books of John, Mark, and the Book of Acts. See what Jesus and the disciples/early apostles did to spread the Gospel of the Kingdom and bring in the harvest in their day. Let the Lord stir a passion in you to get out there and do the stuff!

  • Ask God to give you the boldness to share His love with the lost. Ask Him to give you the right words and an anointing for evangelism. [I only chose John and Mark for today because they are easy to read quickly. Matthew and Luke are equally important.]

  • Ask Him where you can go and what you can do to engage others in conversation about Jesus. We cannot expect the lost to come into our churches. We have to meet them where we find them in our everyday lives – at work, the grocery store, the park, a club we’re in, a restaurant we’re visiting, etc.

  • Pray for follow up and ask God to develop ways to hold the harvest. Just sending them to church may not be enough if the churches are geared more to the already-saved than to new Believers.

DAY 21 – August 28 – DAY OF THANKSGIVING AND REJOICING

“Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all the earth! Serve the Lord with gladness! Come into his presence with singing! Know that the Lord, he is God! It is he who made us, and we are his; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture. Enter his gates with thanksgiving, and his courts with praise! Give thanks to him; bless his name! For the Lord is good; his steadfast love endures forever, and his faithfulness to all generations.” (Psalm 100: 1-5; ESV)

Spend the day in rejoicing and expressing gratitude for this 21-day season of fasting and prayer.

Break your fast with joy!

Think about the things you have learned of Him. Take time to write down some of the prayer times you had, the prayer journeys you took, and the things you are watching to see God do as a result.

Thank you for joining us! We pray your life was forever changed and that you are spiritually stronger than ever before, better equipped to turn the enemy back at the gates of your city, state, and nation.

Many blessings to you!

We love you!
