Election 2008 - State Prayer Schedule

Beginning Sunday, June 8, 2008, we will have at least one state per week saturating the 2008 election with fasting and prayer until the day of the election. We have developed a weekly prayer guide for use during this time of prayer and fasting click here to view prayer guide.

Below you'll find the USRPN - Election 2008 Weekly State Prayer and Fasting schedule. During the weeks that remain until election day, there are three very significant weeks to make note of

 

• August 24 - August 30: Democratic Convention, Colorado
• August 31 - September 6: Republican Convention, Minnesota
• November 2 - November 4: Week of the Election, National Call to Prayer

 

The actual day for the presidential election is Tuesday, November 4th, 2008.

Currently, we have the following states assigned.

June 8 - 14, Iowa

June 15 - 21, Florida

June 22 - 28, Oklahoma

June 29 -July 5, Arizona

July 6 - 12, Ohio

July 13 - 19, Illinois

July 20 - 26, Texas

July 27 - August 2, Arkansas

August 3 - 9, California

August 10 - 16, Michigan / North Dakota

August 17 - 23, Mississippi / New Mexico

August 24 - 30, Colorado (Democratic Convention)

August 31 -September 6, Minnesota (Republican Convention)

September 7 - 13, Kansas / Nebraska

September 14 -20, Missouri / Wisconsin

September 21 - 27, New Mexico / Delaware

September 28 - October 4, New Jersey / Connecticut

October 5 - 11, Tennessee / Indiana

October 12 - 18, Utah / Louisiana

October 19 - 25, North Carolina / Georgia

October 26 - November 1, New York / Washington D.C.

November 2 - 4, ALL STATES- NATIONAL CALL TO PRAYER AND FASTING

 

Some states have not been included in the Election 2008 Call to Prayer and Fasting schedule because we do not have Apostolic State Prayer Coordinators in place for those states at the present time.
