The Shift the Nation Conference was an amazing (dare I say historical) event, as well. There was so much proclamation and prophecy that proceeded from the platform that I feel certain it will again become a reference point for many to again say, “yeah, remember at “Shift the Nation” when . . .?” But probably nothing prepared us for the immediacy of God’s Word being made manifest as the words from the prophets that God was going to “Wash Washington.” At first it sounded like a cute, coined catch phrase like “More in 2004" - I don’t know that anyone expected an immediate and literal display of just that!
