One of the things that I have found and I feel very passionate about, and I'm excited to see Generals International putting on conferences like this is: I'm of the belief of what I've come to understand, that it's important and essential for business owners and organizational leaders to understand the need to have intercessors and prophets be a part of their business; and there are several examples in the Bible with Laban and Jacob and even the Joseph story (we're hearing a lot about that, it seems, now in this season) of those who understood how to take their business, and even if they're not believers, would take their business from the earth system and put it into the kingdom business. They are being blessed, and so the power of having the understanding of the prophetic in a business goes beyond, I guess, what we can explain here in a few seconds; yet I can tell you for myself [that] two years ago, when I first was introduced to the prophetic and the power of it, I started changing and making significant changes in my business knowing that when I get to a place and people said, "how in the world did you know or see that?" I was saying that I listen to the prophets because, as it says in the scriptures, if you listen to your prophets, you shall prosper; and to me it's a no-brainer.
As most people, I obviously have bought some product here: books and tapes and cd's. Yet, I would say the most significant thing that I'll be taking home here is the relationships, the alignments, that have been created while at this seminar. The ability to network and to share; and one thing that was very, very incredible about this seminar that Generals International put on: there was an environment; there was a flow; there was a spiritual atmosphere that created the opportunity for business owners from around the world (which was very exciting) to come together... I know by the discernment of the holy spirit there are things that are significant, that go way beyond just this seminar, that will take place; and I look forward to seeing what happens in the years to come.
