USRPN - 06/22/08 Global Reformation Prayer Network

Dear Intercessors,

The USRPN is a part of the larger Global Reformation Prayer Network.  Below are prayer letters from our coordinators for the Central Asian and Canadian prayer networks.  While there are pressing needs here in our own nation,  let's adopt these needs in prayer as well.

Dear Friend,

We have just completed a Central Asian Prayer Conference with Cindy Jacobs in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, city-wide meetings with Cindy in Istanbul and a prayer journey to the 7 Churches mentioned in the Book of Revelation, which are all located in Turkey. Through this time, God has spoken that the Silk Road region is very strategic to the purposes of God in this hour.

NOW is a critical time for Central Asia and Turkey. There are forces of darkness trying to press in and steal the destiny of these nations. It is time to call the church to prayer and see God turn the tide in this strategic part of the world. Through the Central Asian Prayer Network, we plan to mobilize churches and believers all across Central Asia, Turkey and from around the world to a 35 Day Prayer Initiative this fall. I will be sending out more detailed information about the "Isaiah 35 Highway of Holiness" Prayer Initiative very soon.

Wednesday, June 13, 2008 was such a historic day for Canada.   The apology that was given to the Aboriginal Peoples of Canada by our Prime Minister for Canada's role in the Indian Residential School System was very moving.  The responses from the representatives of the Aboriginal Peoples were so gracious and conciliatory.  The door was opened to reconciliation between the Aboriginal Peoples of Canada and the Government of Canada.  It was an awesome moment as many made the comment 'it is the dawn of a new day'.  Let us continue to pray for complete reconciliation in Canada and an open door for an outbreak of revival among our First Nations brothers and sisters.  
 
This act by our Government and other indicators point to this being an appointed time for Canada.  I believe we should pray and believe for incredible things to happen in and through our nation in the upcoming days.  It seems that God has His hand of blessing on Canada for this time in history.  Let's not miss the 'kairos moment' of opportunity to see God move in our nation and for us to be a blessing to the nations of the world.
 
As we see our nation being healed, will you seize the opportunity to pray that our prophetic destiny will begin to unfold as we also become a healer of nations?
