Always having owned my own business, I was hungry for a consultant to train me to do business according to the Holy Spirit. When I searched, I was unable to find anyone. All of the Christian consultants I came in contact with were still plugged into

the system of Baal. I was discerning in my spirit that God wanted more from us as believers in the marketplace. I would get many ideas that I thought were great and when I would share them with others, I was either dismissed or ridiculed for being so foolish. I remember the Scriptures said that the things of the Spirit sound like foolishness, so I continued searching for years until God brought two people specifically into my life. They helped me understand that what I was looking for in the world did not exist, and I was to call it down from heaven. I am sure many people can relate to the feeling of, 'Me? Am I to be the one? I am sure someone else is already doing what I am doing...' My wife and I prayed, considered the price, and then stepped out in faith. We were met with a great response from people all over the world, but there were also those who felt what we were doing had no value in 'real world' business. It cost us everything we had as we continued to lose money month after month. We went from having the security of money to a position of living by faith and obedience. All of this was beneficial because we now have greater integrity to train and encourage others. We are living testimonies of God’s new revelation for the marketplace. Simply put, God placed a desire in our hearts, and in our discovery process we found out we are to be forerunners that will pave the way for others.
