My name is Cune Pena, and I am a Hispanic American living in Tyler, Texas. My wife and I own a health club and operate four health clubs in total. I have been to both of the Out of the Box conferences, and we host monthly prayer gatherings in the gym of my health club. As marketplace ministers we feel that God is doing an awesome work in this season; we see it every day. The reason for this email is because I had a dream three months about a subdivision, which was surprisingly in the shape of a figure 8. While one side was on the U.S. and the other side in Mexico, the real estate agents used this as a selling point in my dream. A bridge connected the subdivision. The ground was like red dirt or clay-- like this place was set apart for something. The land seemed to be in the middle of nowhere, with not much else around, and there was so much peace about the place. I really feel this dream goes along with the prayer gathering you are having in May in Laredo. I feel this dream was a foreshadowing of what will take place in the Spirit at that meeting--unity in the body in that region. Having grown up in the Valley, I am really familiar with, and have such a burden for the issues being addressed through this event, and I plan to be in Laredo, TX for BLEND on May 4th and 5th.
A few months later, I had a second dream, that I believe is also related to BLEND. I dreamed that was with a group of people and we were going to run what seemed to be a marathon. This marathon started in Mexico and had an oval-shaped route. One end of the marathon route was in the United States and the other end was in Mexico. I ran and finished the race in about 15 minutes. My wife, who stood by my side upon arriving at the finish line, questioned my running time. I told her to run the race as well. She did, and finished in just a short a time as I did, wanting to measure the distance because she was in such disbelief. I believe the work to be done will be a quick one and BLEND in Laredo in May is the beginning.
