Thank you for your interest to invite Mike and/or Cindy Jacobs to be a part of your upcoming event. In order for your invitation to be reviewed for consideration, we simply ask that you fully complete the Invitation Form (PDF or Word); submitting it via one of the below listed formats:

Please allow up to five business days for us to confirm receipt of your invitation. Mike and Cindy receive numerous invitations per year many of which we are able to accept and many of which we must decline in lieu of our ministry's conference schedule/agenda. Much planning goes into our agenda for the year, and often times we are not able to issue positive confirmations within the timeframes set by potential hosts. Please allow us at minimum six months advance notice for an event, or your marketing deadline for us to consider your invitation.

Q: Do Mike and Cindy have a set honorarium?
A: No, Mike and Cindy encourage ministries to allow the opportunity for a love offering. If an honorarium is the tradition of your ministry, we simply ask that you consider the cost of our daily operating expenses and contribute generously toward that.
Q: What do the hosts need to anticipate financially in covering for Mike and Cindy's airfare, transportation, lodging?
A: We ask that our hosts cover all of the travel, rental, and lodging expenses. The exception is that Mike and Cindy will cover their own incidentals. We will work with you to achieve the cheapest direct flight (we are based in Dallas which is an American Airlines hub) available to your city.
Please remember to specify the year in which your invitation is to remain active. Mike and Cindy have hearts for big cities because of the regional impact a city may have. As a result we encourage ministries to partner with others who would be willing, when organizing an event with Mike or Cindy to bring the body of Christ together in their region.
